Anger can take many different forms, from harsh words to keeping it all in and acting calm. During these groups we will discuss some of the causes of anger and offer you both insight and tools as you look at your own anger issues. This isn’t a therapy group, but a growth group to help you have a better relationship with yourself and others by learning to manage your anger.

Groups are ongoing and are always open to new attendees, even if you just want to drop in and get a feel for the group.
