Collect and Connect through School Supplies

Jun 29 – Aug 4

Each summer, we collect school supplies through a program called Backpacks 4 Kids. We’re raising the bar this year with a goal to stuff over 500 backpacks full of supplies!

Why so many? The school supplies will help us connect with local area families in need of Help, Hope, and Home. We’ll distribute them during a special event that our Latino congregation, Nuevas Alturas, will host. The event is called Feria Familiar (“Family Fair” in English). We’ll have food, games, prizes, bounce houses and more.

His Love, Our Response

Collecting school supplies is a simple way we can respond to God’s love for us. Our hope is that by providing families with this practical need their hearts will open so they can have their spiritual needs met by Jesus.

Here’s how you can help:

  1. Choose a school/grade level from the list below.
  2. Download and print your chosen supplies list by clicking on it.
  3. Purchase one, a few, or all of the supplies on the list. (New school supplies only)
  4. Return to the weekend worship services or the New Heights Offices, by Sunday, August 4.
