Anger can take different forms, from harsh words to “stuffing” – keeping it all in and acting calm. We occasionally offer a class on anger just for women. During the class we discuss the potential causes of anger and offer you insight and tools as you look at your own anger issues.

This isn’t a therapy group, but a growth group to help you have a better relationship with yourself and others. You’ll learn to manage your anger in a helpful and wholehearted way.
